Still Dropping

Friday, October 5th, 2012.  12 DPMc.

Just a quick update because I’m a busy lady!  😉

I had blood drawn this morning for yet another beta test.

I just got the call back, and my HCG levels have dropped from 151 last Friday to 17 today.

I’ll head back to the lab either next Friday or Monday to check again.  Dr. K gave me the choice, but I think I’ll make the decision based on how my HPTs look this week.

If I’m still seeing a faint line by Thursday, I may wait till Monday to go for a blood draw.  I totally forgot to pee on a stick this morning, as I was planning to get as accurate a reading as possible on the internet cheapies I still have lying around.

Meh.  Oh well.  There will be plenty of other occasions for me to POAS.  Sadly, lol.

Other than getting a needle in the arm occasionally, and these annoying headaches that keep coming ’round, I’m feeling so much better than last week.  I have energy again, and although I’m still not sleeping very well, I am somehow maintaining the stamina to put in a lot of time at work.

I’ve been staying very busy, and that’s important!  I even have a fun little business trip to Atlanta planned for next month, so that should be exciting!

(Oh, and I’m staying in a swanky hotel, which is always nice!)

Not much else going on here at the moment.  Just waiting for this HCG to leave me so I can quit spotting and get back on the horse, as it were.

Heh.

TGIF, friends!  🙂
