Friday Funnies :: Grammar Edition

I’ll be honest:  I am a little bit of a word nerd.

(People who know me in real life may think that “a little” is a bit of an understatement…)

I just appreciate basic grammar, spelling, punctuation and sentence structure!

No one is perfect; I know I’m not.

(But did you just see how well I executed the use of that semi-colon?)

Seriously, though.  I judge you when you have poor grammar.

Sorry.  🙂

Enjoy this collection of judgy pins!

    I taught MPA courses for several years and it was really shocking to see how individuals used semicolons. I started telling my students to not use it because it was clear they didn’t know what it was supposed to do. Also, I had to tell them that 3 page long paragraphs were a bad idea. Needless to say, my evaluations weren’t so hot. No one likes a stickler. Except me!

    I can’t find how to comment on your ICLW or more recent post, but love how you compare the Menopur shots to being in college. Or not.

    Oh God, how it becomes all so familiar after awhile, all the same. 🙂

    Good luck with the Menopur! Mixing it is such a b**tch!
